Sara is an AADP and AANWP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Natural Therapies Board Certified Biofeedback Specialist, Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Certified EMF Specialist, and ATA Certified Adaptive Inclusive Trainer. She is skilled in helping clients expand their perceptual, behavioral, and communication patterns in ways that support personal awareness, mindset shifts, and intentional action. Sara is passionate about empowering individuals through education, including offering guidance on understanding modern EMF environments and sharing harmonizing tools that many clients choose as part of their personal wellness lifestyle.
With more than 14 years of experience as an educator, Sara has dedicated much of her career to supporting individuals with diverse learning styles and needs. As a holistic practitioner, her work centers on guiding clients through modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, biofeedback-based relaxation techniques, The Body Code™, EMF Solutions harmonizing tools, and functional fitness approaches. Her primary intention is to create a supportive, heart-centered space where clients can explore self-awareness, reduce stress, and cultivate greater balance and alignment in their everyday lives.

Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy. Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning products. Returned items must be in "like new" condition. Any damage to the products will void the return eligibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the return package has the correct postage. Mind Body Balance LLC is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with details of the products you wish to return, including your address. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the items back. If your refund request is approved, any original shipping costs covered by Mind Body Balance LLC will be deducted from the refund amount. Qualified returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your credit card or bank's processing policies. Shipping Policy Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For international orders, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
