Return Policy
There is a 60 day return policy. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping to return products. Products must be in "like new" condition. Any damage to the products will void the return. Buyer is responsible for providing the proper postage for the return package. Mind Body Balance LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. To return a package, first email [email protected] and state the products that will be returned with your address included. Please wait for a confirmation email from [email protected] before sending the products back.

If the refund is approved, any original postage paid by Mind Body Balance LLC will be deducted from the return amount. All money will be returned for qualified products minus a 3% restocking fee. The refund will be granted and sent to the original form of payment. The amount of time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your credit card or bank's policies.

Shipping Policy
Orders are sent to the buyer using USPS Priority Mail. For United States orders, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your package. For International orders, please allow 30 business days to receive your package. Mind Body Balance LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Mind Body Balance LLC only fulfills shipments within the United States when they are placed online.
